The Reference thermometer is a high-precision instrument with 5-point UKAS calibration certification, ideal for verifying the accuracy of other thermometers and probes with a stable temperature source. It measures in a -199.9 to 199.9°C range with a 0.01°C resolution and ±0.05°C accuracy (-30 to 150°C, ±0.1°C otherwise). It includes a fixed PT100 1/10th DIN probe (Ø3.3 x 130 mm) with a 0,5 m cable. The ABS housing incorporates Biomaster antibacterial protection. Its 10 mm LCD screen displays temperature, open circuit error, and low battery. Powered by three 1.5 V AAA batteries, it offers 2000 hours of battery life with auto-shutdown after 10 minutes (disableable).

The Reference Plus model adds Max/Min, lock functions, and a Binder connector for using various probes based on the application.

The comparator, an effective tool for calibrating infrared thermometers with the Reference, can be added as an accessory.
