It offers simultaneous display of the current temperature, high/low alarms, and count-up/down times, perfect for dynamic culinary environments. Its adjustable audible alarm reaches up to 92dB, ensuring clear alerts, while the LCD display with selectable backlight enhances readability. The calibration function allows fine-tuning up to ±2.2°C. Featuring a water-resistant (IP63) casing and rear magnetic pads, it adapts to countertops or appliances. It includes a padded zip wallet and a penetration probe (810-071).
