Gourmet Folding Probe Thermometer

The Gourmet digital thermometer with folding probe is waterproof, easy to use, and perfect for monitoring cooking, cooling, and food holding temperatures in HACCP processes. It measures temperatures from -39.9 to 149.9°C with a stainless steel probe (Ø3.5 x 110 mm) that folds 180° into the device for safe and convenient transport.

It features a 16 mm LCD display with a low battery indicator, front-mounted on/off and Hold function buttons, and auto-power-off after 10 minutes for a battery life of up to 5000 hours. Available in six colors to differentiate food types or preparation areas.

CalCheck Function

The CalCheck function verifies the thermometer’s accuracy at 0.0°C (±0.5°C) by pressing both the on/off and Hold buttons simultaneously when powering on, ensuring accurate measurements at any time.
