Specifications
The DOT Digital Thermometer is designed for roasting and BBQ, displaying the current and alarm temperature on its large backlit LCD display.
Set the desired temperature, insert the penetration probe (114 mm with a 1.2 m braided lead), and a 70dB audible alarm with a flashing display alerts you when reached.
Its durable, water-resistant casing features magnetic pads for attaching to ovens or BBQs and a foldaway stand for countertops, ideal for professional kitchens.
